Measuring and controlling in one housing

The Rixotact 4 is the only solution on the market combining drift-free mechanical measurement, integrated three-point step controller, and IP65 housing in one device. Competitors in the segment (Halstrup-Walcher VPC, Siemens SCC, WIKA + external controllers) always require two devices with separate wiring.

The three-point step controller outputs three states: open, close, hold — via two relays. This matches classical damper drives that know the same logic. No frequency converter, no additional actuator electronics, no control loop parameterisation. Proven for decades in industrial furnace and thermal process engineering.

The Rixotact 4 is the direct successor to the Rixotact. Alongside it, there was formerly the Rixotact S — a continuous controller variant that was discontinued without a replacement. Those who need this functionality today combine an MU-Analog-65 as the process value transmitter with a standard continuous controller (e.g. JUMO), achieving an equivalent solution.
